The past 3 years worth of comparable sales data shows that house prices have increased by nearly 25% in some areas. The most desirable areas, according to their data findings, are quiet areas where individuals wish to raise their families.

Berwick-upon-Tweed
The average property price here has increased by an average of £18,031. An increase of 10.3% in the past 3 years. In 2017 the average property price was £175,201 but according to data from 2020 the price has increased to £193,232.
Amble
The average property price here has increased by £25,316. An increase of 10.5% over the past 3 years. In 2017 the average house price was £241,335, but in 2020 this data increased to £266,651.
Ryton
